The house
Lopar Green is a newly built holiday home with three bedrooms, six beds in total and two bathrooms. The kitchen, dining room and living room share one large, bright common area, and the house has its own private entrance and garden.
The covered terrace has an outdoor kitchen with gas barbecue, a dining table, lounge furniture and an outdoor shower. All rooms are air-conditioned, and the home comes with a smart TV with over 200 channels and streaming, free WIFI, washing machine, dishwasher and a fully equipped kitchen.
Located in a peaceful part of the village with a spacious yard and Mediterranean plants: Carpusina beach is a 4-minute walk, the shop 5 minutes, and the boat dock roughly 10 minutes away.
