Terms of use

Each accommodation (villa, house, apartment) is an independent unit for the defined number of people/beds. Prices are written for each accommodation per day. Maximum number of people for the accommodation is defined by the number of available beds.

Child older than 2 years of age is considered as an adult.

For stays less than 3 days surcharge +30% unless otherwise specified.

Check-in for apartments is 2 PM, for houses and villas 4 PM. Check-out for villas, houses and apartments is 10 AM.

Arrival must be announced to the owner of the accommodation, so the reception in the Silba port can be arranged on time.

The rental price includes accommodation, bed linens, towels, and utilities (electricity, water, gas), as well as final cleaning.

For pet-friendly accommodations, a daily surcharge of 5 EUR applies, unless otherwise specified.

Once we receive your inquiry, we will send an offer detailing the accommodation and the required deposit (typically 30% of the total price). The deposit must be paid by bank transfer to the accommodation owner's account.

Upon receiving the deposit, we will issue a voucher confirming your booking. This document will include all necessary information, including instructions for paying the remaining balance directly to the lessor upon your arrival in Silba.

You may cancel your reservation. Cancellations made 60 days or more before the arrival date will receive a full refund, less any applicable transaction fees.

Cancellations made within 60 days of the arrival date are non-refundable. Additionally, no refunds will be issued for no-shows or early departures.
